songwriting intensive

What IS a songwriting intensive? I invite 8 people who want to share songs with a group. We meet four times in one month. Everyone brings one song per session and we play them top to bottom with a lyric in front of us and we give feedback and guidance about what works and what could use some work!! Everyone is respectful and kind and able to communicate how to make songs better. It is like a collective songwriting session. I find these month long intensives to be extremely useful.
